There may be some business sectors where matching the lowest price is often in the best interest of the company and the customer, especially ones where they sell multiple products. That’s not the case with the renovation and re-modelling industry. Our position is that matching the lowest quote can sometimes be a bad thing. In those cases we won’t do it.

We offer a lifetime warranty on our workmanship and we want to be able to stand behind it for years to come. We want to stay in business. We’re not interested in taking on projects that will negatively impact our sustainability.

We’ve worked hard to develop equitable competitive market pricing.

There are contractors, including some who are unlicensed, that aren’t necessarily interested in sustainability and understanding their role in our economic growth. Some might believe that taking shortcuts and operating on low profit margins works for them. We’d argue that it doesn’t work for the broader community.

Being a strong contributing member of this community, province, and country matters to us.

We’re not simply interested in our bottom line. We’re interested in giving back. We’re interested in making you a satisfied customer and being there for you in the future.
