The Hamilton 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Awards were first established by Business Media Link back in 2003. One of Hamilton’s most prestigious awards, this annual program recognizes 40 business people under the age of 40 who have demonstrated an extraordinary level of success in the private, public and non-profit sectors.
These award-winners are role models to their fellow business professionals and to the community at large. They’re chosen by a distinguished panel of local business leaders and past award recipients. This panel takes several criteria into account to determine the award recipients. These criteria include:

~ A demonstration of leadership and innovation with their business or workplace.
~ An ability to overcome obstacles and achieve results.
~ An active involvement in their industry and/or community.
~ A commitment to constant improvement.
We consider it an honour as a thriving business in Hamilton to have our very own Phillip Authier be a recipient of this award. Phil has worked hard to position our company as a sustainable contributing member of our Hamilton community. Whether it be supporting local non-profits such as Habitat for Humanity, Indwell, Native Women’s Centre, or raising funds for Sick Kids Children Foundation with his 100km run, he’s committed to giving back to our community.
