I’m Jennifer Donaldson, Project Manager at Integrimark.
I’ve always had a passion for design and fell in love with construction while managing a business and overseeing the renovations to a large industrial space. I love the construction process, from planning to completion.
I absolutely nerd out over spreadsheets, Gantt charts and calendars which is why project management is a huge passion for me. I love to see everything come together with the team’s hard work and organization.
On weekends I found myself fixing up my own house and loved coming up with creative solutions to design challenges. Constantly repainting or decorating my space.
I briefly had an interior design/decorating business focused primarily on helping small businesses but found myself more interested in learning about the construction side of it. So, I decided to make the move into the construction industry.
When I’m not working, I can be found roller skating by the water, working out, or drinking root beer with friends.
I take pride in my work and feel privileged to be a part of this team that operates with such integrity. I feel lucky to be a part of this growing company and I’m excited to see what the future has in store for us.
