Our Sustainability
As a General Contractor IntegriMark provides top-tier home improvement and renovation services in Hamilton and surrounding areas. We want to be able to do so for generations. The way we operate our business makes sure that happens.
Our Commitment to Sustainable Building and Renovation Practices
We work hard to understand market pricing for our services. We recognize that homeowners want to maximize the value of the investment in their home. We balance the challenge of being a sustainable general contractor and providing value to our homeowners.
True value comes in the long-term, not just the short-term.
You don’t want to be financially exposed with an unlicensed and uninsured contractor. The last thing you want is an insurance claim that’s denied because your contractor wasn’t licensed, insured, or didn’t obtain a building permit. You want your contractor to be financially sustainable, to be around for years to come. Will your contractor be there in two years, in five, in ten to support you if there’s an issue?
We will.
Our sustainability matters to us, because it matters to you. We’re here for you long-term.
We’re here to be a long-term contributing member of our community and our economy. We want to be able to support the families that work for us. We want to be able to keep donating to local charities and helping the renovation and construction industry play its critical role in our economy and community.
A healthy construction and renovation industry is in the best interest of everyone, especially you—the homeowner.
We want to be able to stand behind our projects for a long time. We’re in this for the long haul. We offer a five year warranty on our workmanship. We want to stay in business.
We’ve worked hard to develop equitable competitive market pricing.
There are contractors, including some who are unlicensed, that aren’t necessarily interested in sustainability and understanding their role in our economic growth. Some might believe that taking shortcuts and operating on low profit margins works for them. We’d argue that it doesn’t work for the broader community.
Being a strong contributing member of this community, province, and country matters to us.
We’re not simply interested in our bottom line. We’re interested in giving back. We’re interested in making you a satisfied customer and being there for you in the future.
