WHY REMODEL MY KITCHEN?
If you’re considering selling your home, remodeling your kitchen may just be the most important decision you make. Maybe you just bought your home or have lived in your home for years and the kitchen is well dated. A beautiful and fresh kitchen can make the world of difference.
What’s the process involved in getting an estimate?
We determine a start date. Sign the detailed contract, collect the first deposit, and begin the design and permit process, if a permit is required. A permit is not necessarily required if there’s not structural work to be done, such as removing a load-bearing wall, or if there’s no major plumbing or electrical to be done. Our project management team will work with you to create the plan for your dream kitchen.
What’s the next step if the homeowner wants to move forward with a contract?
We determine a start date. Sign the detailed contract, collect the first deposit, and begin the permit process.
We can take care of the permit or the homeowner can take care of the permit, with our assistance, if they want to save significant money. The saving is because a homeowner does not have to supply a BCIN Certified drawing, as a contractor we must provide a certified drawing when applying for a permit. A homeowner can apply with their own homemade drawing.
