We contracted with Integrimark for an aging-in-place renovation. From the start, their emphasis on transparency, professional workmanship, long-term relationships with suppliers, client satisfaction and giving back to the community impressed us. Their assistance in developing our plan and finding materials was hugely important due to health-related limitations on our capacity to do our own legwork. Unfailingly courteous (and often funny), the team kept in close touch about challenges that arose, and came up with resourceful ways to address the quirks of our older building. They rolled with late-breaking good ideas, and were highly responsive to concerns and special requests. Contrary to the frequent image of contractors, they did stellar work, and we always felt like they had our back. Very highly recommended!

We contracted Integrimark to finish our basement. From start to finish of the project they were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. They listened to our plans for the basement and then gave us good suggestions that helped us finalize our design. They provided a detailed estimate of the cost and of all the work required to finish the basement. Throughout the project they took the time to explain each step of the work and to answer any questions we had. They did excellent work. We are very pleased with our finished basement.

We recently completed a renovation with Integrimark and we are very happy with our new kitchen! Steve has an excellent team of professionals to help you along your renovation journey from planning to completion. Complimenting this team are fabulous trades including framers, plumbers, electricians, tilers, hardwood flooring finishers and more. I would like to say that our project manager was crucial in the success of our project and was always available to answer our questions and resolve any issues that popped up along the way. We would highly recommend you talk to Steve and consider hiring Integrimark for your next project.

We signed our contract with IntegriMark because we had a serious conversation regarding our bathroom renovations. We said we wanted the job done right the first time. And this company delivered. Worth every penny. Organized and great friendly staff.

We had a very positive experience with IntegriMark when they remodelled our bathroom and did some additional work on our home. The quality of their work was high, and we are very pleased with the result. The most noteworthy thing about them was their commitment to doing what was necessary to make us happy. If we wanted to change our design, or rework something, they accommodated us with no problems. They also gave us good suggestions for improving our design. I would recommend them without any reservations.

We had a great experience with the Integrimark team. As with all renovation projects, we hit road blocks but these were usually communicated to us in a timely fashion. When issues arose, they were also dealt with asap. Thanks to the Integrimark team for working with us on our project!

Integrimark completed a major renovation on our home this summer where they removed the roof and added a second floor to our house. Throughout the process, they were professional and punctual. Their workmanship was above expectations and much better than you would see in most new builds.

They went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy at every stage of the process and dealt with every setback with grace. Unexpected complications mean no build ever goes perfectly, but they always found solutions and made the entire process stress free.

We are so happy with our new home. We cannot recommend Integrimark enough. A huge thank-you to the team. I can't express how much I appreciate all your hard work to create such a beautiful home for us.

We partnered with Integrimark last summer for a major home renovation. We found the biggest challenge was finding the right company that would be able to execute and produce our vision within the allotted budget and time frame. From day one, they helped guide us through the sometimes nerve wracking experience with their knowledge and expertise. Their team was very professional and they were dedicated to providing us with a finished product that we will enjoy for years to come. We look forward using Integrimark on future projects in our home and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a contractor who will deliver a quality final product.

Renos are no fun. Your house is upside down for the duration. Integrimark worked hard to get my project to be what I had imagined. Their staff, particularly Pascale the project manager, and Lou the on-site staffer, did everything they could to keep things progressing. They were the strength of the team, as well as Phil. When issues did arise, primarily with the cabinet makers, they worked tirelessly to get things right. And when your reno is primarily about cabinetry, it's pretty important to get it right. The failure was at the subcontractor level, who delivered mismatched finishes on the cabinetry. I made my views on this very clear to Integrimark and they will be on the lookout for these issues for future projects with that subcontractor. Again, I felt supported and satisfied that Integrimark staff did everything they could to get the issues resolved. They always treated us with respect.

Their choice of electrician and tilers was fantastic. We were especially happy with these subcontractors. In the end, we have a kitchen and bathroom that we are really happy with.

Don’t go anywhere else! The Integrimark team are the most courteous, considerate and professional people you will have the pleasure to work with. From start to finish the attention to detail was impeccable. When faced with unexpected issues they were there with options for resolution and carried out the fix both efficiently and effectively. They took a 35 year old bathroom and turned it into a work of art. I couldn’t be happier. Integrimark are highly recommended. I intend to have them back again for another renovation in the new year.

We are a humble family and for us to take on a big project for our house is something that's rather significant. We feel so blessed to have IntegriMark to take up this project! Phil and his team always took time to explain everything in detail, before and during the building extension & renovation period to ensure satisfaction. We really appreciate the transparency and clear communications throughout. The team also works hard to keep the work within the budget we agreed on, and the project was completed within the time frame given! In addition, we were originally worried that the big project would cause inconvenience to the neighborhood, but many of our neighbors complimented on the mindfulness and courtesy of the team. They always tidy up both the interior and exterior of the house at the end of the work day. I believe Steve and Phil are so proud of their team! Thank you IntegriMark for the good job done for us!

Integrimark did an outstanding job when the team converted our empty basement into a 3-bedroom apartment. The team was very thorough with the planning and kept us well informed during the entire time they were working with us.

They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled.

They did a wonderful job with the construction, left the completed apartment turn-key.

Not only that, Steve was so dedicated, that we felt we had an actual partner who really cared about what we wanted/needed. And he was there through all the process, double-checking every little detail. His approach is so unique and his caring is such, that he has become not only our favourite contractor of all times, but also a friend we still reach out from time to time.

From the first time we called to inquire about IntergiMark contracting services, to the initial and subsequent visits with the team regarding our design and layout ideas, we received the amazing customer service. IntegriMark gave us a competitive and reasonable quote and ultimately the most impressive construction work of our kitchen, family room, living room and bathrooms. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
The whole team was polite, on time and kept our home clean during the process.
We highly recommend IntegirMark!

We hired Integrimark to remodel - basically rebuild our entire home. Right from the first meeting we were confident that they would be our choice. We did our diligence, and met with some other contractors. But in the end there was a 'feeling' with Steve and Phil and the integrimark team that we knew they would be the best choice. They are patient, professional, flexible (I tried, but we probably arent the easiest clients) honest, knowledgeable and the point I really want to emphasize is they CARE. Steve and Phil truly care about your project. Sometimes I think that Phil lost more sleep about our renovation than we did. All the details, the costs, timelines. Its extremely important to him. Or maybe I should say he understands what matters to you, and thats what matters to him. They hire great people as well. I consider the team friends, and they quality and care they put into our home is something that I see and think about regularly while we enjoy our dream home. Thank you Integrimark team, Phil, Steve. I hope you know how much this means to our whole family.

It really is in the name! We used Integrimark after hearing positive feedback from some people that had used them in the area. We asked them to put down new flooring on the entire second floor, remove and recreate an existing master closet and turn what was the only full bathroom in the house along with a hall closet into two full bathrooms (one master ensuite and another guest bathroom). The communication throughout the process was fantastic and we always knew what was going on. Every cost was itemized and we were apprised of any cost differences and decisions along the way. The final amount was very close to the initial estimate provided before any work started. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed right away and any changes that needed to be done were completed quickly. We are so happy with the final product particularly our two new full bathrooms. If you are looking for integrity and a superb final product, these are the guys you want to use.

Integrimark did a fantastic job closing in and refinishing my utility room. It was unfinished with no drywall and exposed vapour barrier. Many changes were made including reframing, new flooring, new doors, and having a new laundry tub installed. It was a pleasure working with the team who helped along the way, ensuring the work was up to code and providing helpful suggestions. I received prompt responses and updates from the project manager and the project was completed within the time frame. The team informed me regarding any issues that came up including some existing rotting wood which needed replacement. The workers were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the team and hope to work with them again in the future. Thanks again Integrimark for a fantastic first experience with you, the utility room is now looking great!

We purchased an older house (over 100 years old) and wanted to make some significant changes. We wanted to renovate the whole first floor, taking down walls, new flooring, new kitchen, installing a gas fireplace and replacing a window (among other things). On the second floor we had some serious problems with the ceiling and wanted to create a third bedroom. It was a big job in an old house, so we were a bit nervous going in. We met with several contractors to get estimates, but also to get a sense of who we would be dealing with. From meeting Steve for a walkthrough, to the detailed estimate, to the day to day with Phil and his team, we couldn't have made a better choice. They always took the time to talk through options and changes as we went and were very flexible with solutions. On top of the great work they did, they are great guys. We have already recommended them to friends and colleagues when they mention they are thinking about doing some renovations on their own homes. At the end of it all, our home looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier.

We recently hired Integrimark to do a complete bathroom renovation and could not be happier with the finished product. From the first meeting, we felt that Phil listened and understood what we wanted, and his team were very professional in implementing our vision. Every aspect of the job from permits, to demolition, reconstruction, electrical, plumbing and final finishing were carried out within the timeline and cost estimates as promised.
The quality and workmanship were first rate in every aspect and the final result exceeded our expectations.
We would not hesitate to recommend Integrimark, and intend to use them for future renovations in our home.

I hired Integrimark in 2020 to demolish an old sunroom and replace it completely, reusing the existing foundations. Dimensions are about 30’ x 10’. Scope included new flooring, two patio doors, 4 windows, 4 skylights, and siding on both the interior and exterior. They also raised the ceiling and tied it in to the house roof.

The company owner, Phil, was professional and always kept me informed about any issues and the plan for the week ahead. The work quality was great and the crew left the site tidy each day.

Covid delayed the start of the project, and delayed the delivery of the skylights, but Phil kept me up to date on the changing delivery plans from the manufacturer.

I would recommend Integrimark whole-heartedly. I plan to hire them for a bathroom remodel next year.

We hired IntegriMark for a major basement renovation in 2019 and were so pleased with the results that we had them back to renovate our kitchen in 2020. Once again we were extremely happy with the results. This is a dependable company that you can trust. They have excellent communication skills and were consistently providing updates as the work progressed. We were one of their first projects started after the Covid19 reopening and they were able to overcome any material sourcing challenges that arose. The quality of their workmanship continued to be excellent with this second project. I highly recommend IntegriMark for your renovation needs and we have already hired them for our next job converting one of our rooms into a home office and renovating a bathroom.

We've hired IntegriMark for a bathroom and kitchen renovation in a Victorian house in Hamilton. This was more than just renovations, rather a transformation. First of all, IntegriMark, unlike many other contractors we reached, came on site first to evaluate the project and quote precisely: as a result, out of 12 contractors contacted, they have been the most precise in reflecting our specifications, and the cheapest as well. During execution, Phil was checking progress on a daily basis and was asking for feed-back regularly. As this is an old house, there has been little surprises as we were uncovering what's "behind the walls", but all structural, asbestos, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work was managed professionally. We actually started with the bathroom project first, as a test, and did not hesitate, a few months later, to jump into the bigger kitchen project with IntegriMark. and we would definitely do it again for any future project.
