Our site supervisor is a carpenter with decades of residential construction experience. Every member of our team has years of experience. We do subcontract certain tasks such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. We consider our subcontractors part of our Integrimark family. They’ve been our partners for years, hold the same commitment to quality and customer service, and we consider them part of our family.
6. What is included in the contract?
Our contract lists the scope and details of your custom home project and an itemized list of all the material, labour, and subcontracting of the work to be completed, starting from the design stage through to the cleaning and inspection of your home.
7. What is the process for making changes to the contract?
We have a robust change order process. In it we describe in detail the change requested or required along with the itemized cost related to the change. You are presented with the change order. It is only implemented once you sign it.
8. What is not included in the contract?
Essentially, if it is not written in the contract, it is not included. Every custom home build contract is different. There are very few things that cannot be included. For example, if you want your driveway to have stone paving, we include that in the contract. If it is not there, it is not included. We may list things that are not included, such as “landscaping not include.” However, if you want it included, we will present you with an estimate and include it, once you approve it.
